About The Project
This large maple dining table complements the Southwest design elements of the customer’s Arizona home. Round tapered legs are joined by X-form cross members.
This large 54” X 120” maple dining table was built along with two other pieces for the customer’s Arizona home as part of a larger interior design project. In particular the table was built to pair well with the dining chairs. The table’s size, width and thickness of boards used to make the top, and robustness of the legs gives the table considerable visual mass, which complements the Southwest design elements of the home.
The round tapered legs are set at an angle, and joined by X-form cross members. The cross members piercing through the legs evoke classic adobe roof beam architecture.
