This large maple dining table complements the Southwest design elements of the customer’s Arizona home. Round tapered legs are joined by X-form cross members.
This large 54” X 120” maple dining table was built along with two other pieces for the customer’s Arizona home as part of a larger interior design project.
The table complements the Southwest design elements of the customer’s Arizona home. In particular the table’s design evokes the design of the dining chairs, and is stained to match the color of the chairs. The table’s size, width and thickness of boards used to make the top, and robustness of the legs gives the table considerable visual mass, which complements the home’s design elements.
The round tapered legs are set at an angle, and joined by X-form cross members. The cross members piercing through the legs evoke classic adobe roof beam architecture.
