Completion and Shipping
The table was commissioned by a customer in Portland Oregon. It was shipped by commercial carrier to a Portland freight depot, where a local delivery company then delivered it to the customer’s home. A styrofoam block on the crate bottom fits inside the hollow base, which held the table while in place during transport. Three cross braces kept the table secured down and prevented it from tipping.
